Detailed travel Itinerary

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, I receive you with private vehicle and transfer to home stay in Kathmandu located near by Thamel. Then I will give you an information about further programs. As upon your request, we go to short walk around old city area.

All aspects of gear and conditions are discussed to make sure you're fully prepared for the trip. After lunch we explore this medieval capital city Kathmandu. Being a professional and licensed holder guide, I will take you for full day sightseeing such as Boudhanath stupa, also known as little Tibet. Then we visit Pasupatinath, holy temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Hindu where cremation takes place by the holy river Bagmati. Later we visit Swayambhunath stupa known as monkey temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square the city of glory where you can explore living goddess. And transfer to home stay.

Better to take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara because by bus it takes 6 hrs roughly to reach pokhara city fewa lake side. Transfer to hotel. In the afternoon you will be with your trekking Guide to observe the Natural Beautiful town Pokhara, boating on Fewa lake.

After having breakfast an hour drive to your trekking starting point Nayapool, 20 minutes walking to reach Birethati. This is the Village with Mix culture, lifestyle, Traditions. Here you will show your trekking permit and TIMS in the National park office. After that turn to Bhurungdi khola. Your trekking will bring you to passing through many local village to reach Tikhedhunga. Overnight at Guest House.

After having Breakfast you will follow the trail to get Ulleri village for around 2 hours climbing passing through terrace field and small forest. This is a small village surrounding by small forest with good view of Annapurna South. You will walk further to reach Ghorepani. On the way there are few Tea house before arrive to Ghorepani. Overnight at Guest house.

Early morning, i will take you to the Poon Hill (3232m) station to enjoy the sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Varaha Shikhar (7847m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna III (7855m), Machhapuchhre (6993m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna II (7937m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and other numerous snowcapped mountain peaks. After breakfast trek Ghorepani to Tadapani (2650 m) through the deep forests of rhododendrons, bamboos and oaks. During the trekking, you frequently see waterfalls, rocks, wild animals, local birds and green scenarios. Tadapani is a small village surrounded by beautiful forests which grants you a magnificent view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail, and Annapurna II and so on.
After delicious lunch, walk easy down hill through rhododendron, oak and other kinds of dense forests. You could hear different kinds of birds chirping on the way. This is one of the popular destinations for the birds' lovers. Ghandruk is a big Gurung village. There is a handicraft centre and Gurung museum. From this village you can see the views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna (7455m.), Annapurna III (7755m.) and Fishtail.

It is very easy trek by descending gently half of the way through the rice field and local villages. From Ghandruk to until syaulibazar we normally descending then we walk flat part untill Nayapul then we 1:30 scenic drive to Pokhara Phewa lakeside..

Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus 6 hours and transfer to hotel Kathmandu. We drive together until your hotel. After your arrival into the hotel, the rest of teh time you can manage to go for shopping or relaxing or reading books. or if you want to have some sightseeing or additional tour activities with me, just let me know. However at evening , short discussion about the whole trip feedback and suggestion. Trip finished.
